Cookie Policy
We keep cookies to a minimum. This policy explains what cookies are, the small set Naturpay relies on, and how you stay in control of them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a site stores on your device to remember information between page loads and visits. We use the term broadly here to also cover similar browser storage, such as localStorage, which keeps a small amount of data in your browser rather than sending it back to a server on every request.
How we use them
We take a minimal approach. We use storage only where it helps the site work or improves your experience in a way you would expect. For example, your language choice is saved in your browser's localStorage so the interface stays in the language you picked the next time you visit. We do not use cookies for advertising and we do not sell any data they hold.
The types we use
The categories below describe the limited set of cookies and storage Naturpay relies on.
- Essential — required for the site to function, such as keeping your session secure in the dashboard and protecting forms. These cannot be switched off without breaking core features.
- Preference — remember choices you make, such as your selected language stored in localStorage, so the site behaves the way you left it.
- Analytics — help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. These are optional and never used to identify you personally.
Your choices
You stay in control. Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies and clear local storage through their settings, and you can browse in a private window to limit what is kept. Blocking essential storage may stop parts of the site, such as the dashboard, from working as intended. Clearing your browser storage will reset preferences like your saved language.
